My scholarly activity has been primarily focused on the following areas: (1) college student involvement outcomes; (2) diversity in higher education administration; (3) Latina/o/x issues in higher education; and (4) online teaching and learning. My current research activities include exploring how spirituality is discussed and understood within college environments. This includes students, faculty, and professional staff. My goal with is to bring awareness of humanity and humility to organizational behavior and leadership.
