Good Things

For the past two years, I have been using the “3 Good Things” app to provide gratitude journal entries. The app utilizes a simple, minimalistic layout to journal daily items of gratefulness. I am trying my hand at keeping a daily journal of “three good things” that happen each day. The app allows me to save my journals in PDF format. I am highly encouraging all of you to keep a similar journal. I found my entries remind me that the little things are what provide the biggest impacts.
