I am a member of Bay Area Fit running club. I have been a member since 2016. I am in the Blue training team, which consists of runners training for half-marathons.
Each summer and fall racing season, I train for the LaPorte by the Bay Half Marathon in November and the Aramco Houston Half Marathon in January. Leading up to those races, I also race in a number of 5Ks and 10Ks this running season.

During the 2020-2021 running season, I was a BAF Coach for those training for half-marathon distance (13.1 miles).
As I get more “seasoned” as a runner, I found that body prefers a slower pace. I continue to run doing interval training (run 4 minutes, walk 2 minutes) and I run mainly for fun and fitness. I do train for the Boston Marathon in my dreams, but in real life, I train for breakfast tacos. 🙂
